We have had Australian Shepherds for more than twenty years and could not imagine owning any other breed. The intelligence, versatility, and athleticism of this breed makes them both wonderful companions and competitors. Over the years we have trained and competed in conformation, obedience, and herding. Our primary focus right now is on conformation and herding competition.
We breed on a very limited basis and only when we plan to keep something for ourselves. Each breeding is planned with our goals and the betterment of the breed in mind. Structure, movement, and type are essential for our goals in the breed ring. Just as important is a sound, biddable temperament and the potential to succeed in herding competition. Health is extremely important as well. OFA ratings and annual eye clearances are obtained on all breeding stock.
We look for active and caring homes for our puppies. Like all Aussies, their minds and bodies need to be kept busy! It is very important to us to try and match the right puppy with the right home. All puppies are sold with full contracts and are guaranteed against hereditary defects. Pet quality puppies are sold on limited registration and must be spayed or neutered at sexual maturity. All puppies are ASCA/AKC registered and leave us with appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a CERF eye exam from a qualified veterinary opthalmologist.
